The PremierCare Plus theft deterrent system effectively deters theft using a unique window etching technology. Purchase of the PremierCare Plus theft deterrent system is accompanied by a Limited Warranty which provides for a payment, up to the benefit amount, to replace the vehicle if it is stolen and not recovered. With PremierCare Plus, the consumer receives additional benefits such as reimbursement for towing, trip interruption and substitute transportation.

This product is available using two different technologies to identify the vehicle in the event of loss or theft.

UV Stickers
A body panel label with the traceable identification number; Which, when installed, cannot be removed without leaving an invisible number imprint readable with an ultraviolet light. The UV Stickers are attached to the vehicle on the driver and passenger door sides, under the hood and wherever else desired.

Window Etch
A traceable alphanumeric code that is etched onto the vehicle’s side windows via a chemical solution.

Underwriting Guidelines
Dealerships must market the PremierCare Plus theft deterrent system to all new and pre-owned vehicle purchasers.

• The consumer may be required to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage on the vehicle in order to be eligible under the Limited Warranty.
• Consumers must return to the selling dealer in order to receive replacement benefit.
• Replacement benefits differ for new and pre-owned vehicles.
