Premier offers full-service administration to support our product portfolio. From technology to expertise, Premier provides personalized service to our agents, dealers and consumers.

Administration
The Administration Team performs new business remittance processing, cancellation transactions, and production reporting by agent and by dealer. Utilizing both traditional paper and technology-based solutions, this team ensures contract entry, underwriting considerations and accounting are handled properly.

Claims Adjusting
PDS’ claim team supports dealership service advisors and consumers with high level automotive claim processing. PDS provides timely claim handling, often with one call resolution whenever possible. PDS supports claim initiation, performs research, communicates documentation needs, and authorizes claim payments for our customers. The claim team utilizes industry-recognized labor guides to efficiently adjudicate claims.

Reinsurance Services
PDS’ Reinsurance Team offers sophisticated program development and management for both agents and dealers. All service programs offered by PDS are insured by Great American Insurance Company which is rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best rating as of March 27, 2009. The vast majority of PDS products are available on both a fully-insured and a reinsured basis.

Sales Support
PDS’ Sales Support Team provides a single point of contact for agents and dealers within PDS. Sales Support is empowered by a sophisticated software tool to track, manage, and resolve the needs and concerns of our customers. Sales Support also distributes marketing materials, forms, and other sales support material to our external customers.

On-line Services and Reporting
PDS’ unique, web-based reporting system, Premier Access, allows Dealers and Agents to manage their Premier product portfolio. The types of information available in this system include:

  • eRating, eContracting, eRemitting, eCancellation, and eInvoicing Tools
  • Pro Forma worksheets
  • Production Statements
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reinsurance reports including reserve summaries
  • Supply order capabilities
  • Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) history showing all contracts previously accepted by PDS

PDS Summer Agent Meeting
June 16-19th, 2009
Newport, Rhode Island

Our quaint setting of Newport, Rhode Island proved to be a spectacular locale for fun and business alike. The historic Hotel Viking, with its award-winning ambiance and character, provided a scenic backdrop for attendees and guests to enjoy this beautiful part of New England.

This year's Summer Agent Meeting workshops were a terrific environment to launch several new technologies and applications and showcase expanded agent applications.

 
Workshop #1- Premier Easy Choice menu, eCapture, Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty, and other PDS Lifetime Products captured attendees' attention. This meeting presented creative ideas to enhance floor traffic, increase service write-ups, and expand service traffic.
 
Workshop #2 - Opportunities and Options through Reinsurance was a round-table discussion using the talents of some of our sponsors and preferred vendor relationships to field pre-determined questions.
 
Workshop #3 - The Premier Access and Premier Essential web-based breakout session showcased the new enhancements to our Premier Access tools. This system offers convenience to our agent partners for eRating, eContracting, and eRemitting for several products. Users can also perform service authorizations, order supplies and much more.
 

Activities outside the meeting were enjoyable for everyone. For those choosing not to golf at the beautiful and challenging Green Valley Country Club, a privately guided tour of Newport's magnificent mansions was available. The final night's celebration included a traditional New England Clam and Lobster Boil at the Newport Yachting Center.
