The Premier Maintenance Program offers the consumer the benefit of locking in manufacturer recommended maintenance services at today's price at their selling dealership. These expenses can be financed with the vehicle purchase or lease. The program is available as a standalone product or embedded with our VSC program.

An F&I electronic tool supports the sale of this program to the consumer.

Program Highlights and Underwriting Guidelines
Consumers can customize their maintenance contract by selecting service levels and service intervals.

• Dealerships will be reimbursed for maintenance services performed under a Premier Maintenance Plan. A reimbursement level is selected by the dealership at sign-up.
• Highline vehicles, exotic vehicles, and vehicles where maintenance is provided by the manufacturer are not eligible.
• The maximum retail price of the Premier Maintenance Contract cannot exceed the dealership’s published retail value of the services provided by the maintenance contract.
• Rental car coverage is available with payment of the rental car surcharge.
• Diesel, synthetic and blended synthetic oil are available with payment of the oil upgrade surcharge.
• Electronic claims approval up to $50 is available.
