Once again Premier is going to be the center of attention! After the wildly successful Premier Martini Lounge and Coffee Bar last year, Premier is going to do it again! Prominently located on the exhibit floor, Premier will offer an oasis of relaxing comfortable seating, delicious martinis and cappuccinos, and great conversation. Bring along your colleagues, dealers, and friends to enjoy the atmosphere and learn more about PDS!
Premier has also been invited to lead a session entitled Making Service Contracts Your #1 Profit Center. This session will be held Wednesday Sept 19th 3:30PM. |

The PDS 10th Annual Summer Agents’ Meeting was a great success! Held at the Diplomat Country Club & Spa in Hallandale, Florida, June 20-22, agents from across the country met with the Premier sales and management teams.
A highlight of the meeting was Premier’s launch of its new Premier Essential VSC program. This exciting new product offers more competitive pricing, greater flexibility and significantly more marketing support for agents and dealers. Agents who attended the conference are already looking to install this at their dealerships.
Each year at the Annual Agents’ Meeting, Premier Dealer Services awards its Star Partner Award for the previous business year. This year that award went to Dealer Associates, Incorporated and was accepted by Tony Fincannon and Rick Messinger.
Other sessions featured updates to existing and new programs, a new menu selling option and guest speaker and humorist Nick Arnette.
A blend of business and fun was experienced by all attendees. In addition to the PDS Annual Golf Tournament, some guests enjoyed time at the beach while others experienced South Beach. Evening events featured a Jimmy Buffett-style reception and a dinner cruise aboard a luxury chartered yacht giving PDS team members and our partner agents an opportunity to relax and enjoy camaraderie and new experiences.
Please mark June 18-20th, 2008 on your calendar. The beautiful oceanfront Surf & Sand Resort located in Laguna Beach, California will be the venue for our next Summer Agents’ Meeting. See you there! |

| Premier Dealer Services was the center of attention at the F&I Management Conference! The Premier Dealer Services Martini Lounge and Coffee Bar, located in the center of the exhibit floor, brought agents and dealers together in a unique setting for conversation, good business, and a few laughs. Whether it was premium coffee drinks in the morning, or cocktails and hors d’oeurves in the afternoon, crowds formed in our location at every opportunity. During this event, Premier launched it’s new brand and marketing materials for agent and dealer communications. These pieces highlight Premier’s technology as well as the numerous products available through agents to dealerships. The theme of the 2006 F&I Management Conference was Achieving High Productivity and Compliance in F&I. Creative ideas and helpful reminders were provided in the multiple workshops. The sessions tackled these topics from the position of the Dealer Principal, the F&I professional, the Lender, and the Agent. |

Michael D. Soranno joins Premier with nineteen years of sales and marketing experience. He is a graduate of Utah State University and resides near Dallas, Texas. Mike’s previous positions include General Manager, Market Development Manager and Vice President of Training and Consulting for PPG, a glass and paint manufacturer.
Jack M. Estes III began his career with Premier Dealer Services in October 2006. He has sixteen years of automotive experience, primarily with the Ryan Group. Jack’s background includes primary retail fixed and variable operations including positions as Finance Director, General Manager, Service Manager and Technician. Jack attended the University of Texas at Arlington. |
