The VSC Refund program provides for a full refund of the vehicle service contract (VSC) purchase price if the contract expires without any claims being made.

  • The VSC Refund agreement is provided to the customer at no additional charge on every eligible VSC sold.
  • Policy issued by Great American Insurance Company covering the contractual liability for these agreements.

  • Makes the purchase of a VSC risk free.
  • Increases consumer satisfaction by reducing financial risk.
  • Allows the customer to receive up to a $4,000 refund of the VSC purchase price if the contract has expired without any claims being made.

Underwriting Guidelines

  • Underlying VSC insurer must have AM Best rating of “A” to qualify. Minimum VSC term applies.
  • An underlying VSC whose purchase price exceeds four thousand dollars ($4000.00) is not eligible.
  • The underlying VSC must provide coverage for at least the following components: engine; transmission; front/rear wheel drive; air conditioning; heating/cooling system; suspension; brakes; electrical system; fuel system; steering; and high tech equipment.
  • An underlying VSC covering a recreational vehicle shall not be eligible unless the applicable surcharge is paid.

11th Annual Summer Agent Meeting- June 18-20, 2008
Laguna Beach, CA

Please join us in beautiful Southern California to gather with industry colleagues and friends for a three day fun and interactive event. The Meeting kicks off with a choice of participating in the PDS Golf Tournament or a Newport Beach Harbor electric boat scavenger hunt--both promise to be fun and interactive! The second and third days will include workshops to learn about new Premier products and services, hear industry trends, and find out how to best position Premier products in your marketplace.
