The Loyalty Solutions Suite offers a variety of loyalty and incentive programs to meet the needs of every dealership. All of the incentive programs in the Loyalty Suite provide a benefit to both the consumer and the dealership. Dealerships participating in a loyalty program issue incentive certificates to consumers at time of purchase or lease. These certificates entitle the consumer to certain benefits if the consumer has their basic vehicle maintenance performed at the dealership’s service facility within the prescribed service intervals. Participation in an incentive program helps build consumer loyalty and increases service facility business.

The VSC Refund program provides for a full refund of the vehicle service contract (VSC) purchase price if the VSC runs full term without any claims being made.

PDS Summer Agent Meeting
June 16-19th, 2009
Newport, Rhode Island

Our quaint setting of Newport, Rhode Island proved to be a spectacular locale for fun and business alike. The historic Hotel Viking, with its award-winning ambiance and character, provided a scenic backdrop for attendees and guests to enjoy this beautiful part of New England.

This year's Summer Agent Meeting workshops were a terrific environment to launch several new technologies and applications and showcase expanded agent applications.

 
Workshop #1- Premier Easy Choice menu, eCapture, Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty, and other PDS Lifetime Products captured attendees' attention. This meeting presented creative ideas to enhance floor traffic, increase service write-ups, and expand service traffic.
 
Workshop #2 - Opportunities and Options through Reinsurance was a round-table discussion using the talents of some of our sponsors and preferred vendor relationships to field pre-determined questions.
 
Workshop #3 - The Premier Access and Premier Essential web-based breakout session showcased the new enhancements to our Premier Access tools. This system offers convenience to our agent partners for eRating, eContracting, and eRemitting for several products. Users can also perform service authorizations, order supplies and much more.
 

Activities outside the meeting were enjoyable for everyone. For those choosing not to golf at the beautiful and challenging Green Valley Country Club, a privately guided tour of Newport's magnificent mansions was available. The final night's celebration included a traditional New England Clam and Lobster Boil at the Newport Yachting Center.
