Automobile dealerships offering Premier Essential Vehicle Service Contracts can electronically rate, prepare documents, and invoice vehicle service contracts. Services include:
eRate ensures accurate plan and rate information is available when the product is offered. With eRate, dealerships can elect to pull DMS data, decode VINs and view vehicle-specific rates and plans. Dealerships can also pre-select terms and mileage options or allow F&I salespeople to view all available plans.
eContract allows the dealership to immediately print plain paper customized consumer contracts. The printed forms include state-specific language as well as the term and mileage interval and the deductible and coverage plan selected by the customer.
eRemit calculates and prepares invoices for contracts ranging from new contracts to cancellations. It also provides flexibility for dealerships to easily create custom invoices and print invoices for remittance.
VSC Direct/LW Direct/GAP Direct
This program supports the administrative needs of the automobile dealership. The Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Direct, Limited Warranty (LW) Direct and GAP Direct functionality allows back office dealer support personnel to verify rates on all VSC, Limited Warranty and GAP Direct contracts being remitted. Staff can also obtain cancel quotes electronically. Invoices net of cancellations for a specific period are then created and ready for submission to PDS.
PREPAID MAINTENANCE Sales Tool
The Prepaid Maintenance Sales Tool provides agents, dealers, and F&I staff with an interactive system for highlighting the benefits of prepaid maintenance plans to a consumer.
- How it works: The dealer retail cost of regular vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations is preloaded into the tool.
- Agents and dealers preload any compensation as appropriate.
- Consumers then view the significant discount available to them by prepaying for services up front.
- The cost for the program may be included in the consumer's monthly vehicle payment, if financing the vehicle.

eGAP
Offers web-based real-time eRating, eContracting, and eRemitting via the Premier Access system. The need to maintain an inventory of GAP forms at the dealership is eliminated. GAP cancel quote information as well as front-end pricing, plan options and dealer/consumer cost are available. Dealers can also print plain paper contracts for consumer signature (with copies for consumer, lender, dealer and administrator). Finally, dealers can build their invoice for contract submission to the administrator with approved and accepted contracts and net out any cancelled contracts for accurate premium administration. |
