GAP QUICK REFERENCE

Submission of Business

  1. Submit all new business by the 15th of the month following the effective date of the business. New business received more than 90 days after the written effective date may not be accepted.
  2. Submit all cancellations with new business, netting the previously quoted Admin portion from your total remittance (see Cancellations below).
  3. Remit payment with all new business. Make all checks payable to Great American Insurance Company.

Cancellations

  1. Call, FAX or e-mail PDS GAP Administration for all cancellation quotes:
    • Voice: 866-463-0939
    • FAX: 858-522-6200
    • E-mail: GAPCancels@pds-gaic.com
  2. Attach the cancel quotes provided to your next submission of new business, netting the quoted Admin portion from your total remitted amount.
  3. Include a properly completed Cancellation and Release form for each cancellation included in the remittance.

Claims

  1. Direct all Claim calls to: 866-463-0939
  2. Direct all Claim FAXes to: 858-522-6210
  3. Direct all Claim e-mails to GAPClaims@pds-gaic.com

Reporting

  1. You will receive an Accounts Receivable Report and a Dealer Confirmation Report each month that business is submitted or that a balance is carried over.
  2. The Accounts Receivable Report reflects all cash transactions as it relates to new business and cancels. Any debit or credit balance is reflected on this report. Please use any available credit balance on your next submission of business. Please pay any debit balance with your next submission of business.
  3. The Dealer Confirmation Report is a detailed listing of all transactions for the previous month. It will include new issues, cancellations and rejections.

11th Annual Summer Agent Meeting- June 18-20, 2008
Laguna Beach, CA

Please join us in beautiful Southern California to gather with industry colleagues and friends for a three day fun and interactive event. The Meeting kicks off with a choice of participating in the PDS Golf Tournament or a Newport Beach Harbor electric boat scavenger hunt--both promise to be fun and interactive! The second and third days will include workshops to learn about new Premier products and services, hear industry trends, and find out how to best position Premier products in your marketplace.
